At this moment there is only one review posted on Amazon regarding this product and that review is rated 5 stars. While there was very little information provided in this review regarding the functionality of this product, they did state that the build quality seemed solid and mentioned that the spring mounted battery felt securely fastened when installed onto the frame.
While there is little utility in reviewing only one customer review, this lack of reviews could cut both ways. On the one hand, it would be beneficial to establish a reliable record of how well this product functions long term prior to purchasing. On the other hand, RANSYRI offers a one year warranty on all of its core components and lifetime technical support on the protective systems used within this product. If RANSYRI is capable of producing cells that retain 80% of their original capacity after having completed over 1000 cycles then the price point is certainly competitive compared to other manufacturers offering larger capacity batteries at similar price points.
To put this into perspective, 52V 20Ah packs from well known manufacturers generally cost between 35% and 50% more than this unit. This tradeoff for buying from RANSYRI involves obtaining lower prices for products in exchange for reduced brand recognition. This may prove suitable for experienced ebike builders that can evaluate the componentry individually. However, some people tend to prefer the security of name brand products.
Regardless of manufacturer reputation, the inclusion of an IP65 rated housing and 4 amp smart charger represent tangible advantages over several low cost competitor products that do not possess these features. These characteristics allow verification upon receipt, whereas long term cycle life claims made by manufacturers often require numerous months to verify.

The RANSYRI 52V 20Ah is best suited for riders that desire a weather resistant high capacity battery and are willing to purchase from a lesser known manufacturer. Commuters that ride in rain or snow conditions throughout the year, touring type riders looking for extended range, and high wattage ebike builders requiring robust BMS capabilities would benefit from this product.
